We appreciate a deposit of £10 as a a sign of good faith when confirming your order based on an agreed specification and price.

Bridges are securely packaged in card and bubble wrap and delivered via one of the main courier services, e.g. DHL. Insurance is recommended for orders over £100 and is available on request for £5.00

If the bridge is not considered satisfactory returns at the customer's own cost are accepted for a full refund.
